Terms of service

All items vary in their turn around time, some are ready to ship and some have a wait time. For handmade items, no two are ever the same. We strive for excellence and don't let anything leave through our doors that aren't up to standard, but know that we are not machines. 

Turn around times are estimates- we come as close to those dates as possible. If you need an item sooner or rushed there is a rush order form available.
